As we are always aware of all our candidate's availability we can advise you on which staff we have available in terms of suitability for your vacancy. However, we strongly recommend pre-booking your staff with us whenever possible, as it ensures that you get the staff that you want. This is especially true in relation to the peak periods in the respective sectors.

We will assign a consultant dedicated to your vacancy. They will build a detailed record of the job and persons specification and match this with our candidates' database. They will need to present to you a range of CV's and Candidate Profiles for you to choose from. Any assistance needed in choosing the most appropriate candidates is always available if needed.

You may choose to undertake interviews, telephone interviews, trial days or even whole trial periods to ensure that you know that you will make the right choice.
