Our unique selection process allocates the right people for the right job. This is how it works:

1. Attract
We attract teachers through advertising nationally, in print, by internet and head-hunting the very best candidates. In addition, we have one of the best recruitment portals. Furthermore, we network and manage a great incentive referral scheme where employers and the general staff in the same sector refer other individuals near or about in the same role.

2. Screen
Our strict screening and security checks ensure that all our clients are eligible and suitable to work in the UK. We thoroughly vet applicants and decline applicants who fall short of our standards in any way. We therefore will refuse a candidate that does not satisfy our criteria.

3. Profile
Applicants have to convince us in a face-to-face interview that they are professional, capable, enthusiastic and committed - basically that they have the right skills and actually want to work! We also professionally assess and profile every candidate's ability, fluency, knowledge and understanding, planning and management.

4. Shortlisting
Shortlisting involves narrowing down the list of applicants to those who meet your criteria best and who you want to take forward to the interview stage. This needs to be based on the criteria identified in the profile and person specification, and is undertaken by at least two consultants to avoid being bias. Our profiling assists more effectively in matching candidates to vacancies. This stage is the first direct exposure of short-listed candidates to vacancies. We can arrange for the applicants to visit their work placement or arrange a direct phone interview with the relevant person in the company. Any offer of employment MUST be conditional based on satisfactory pre-employment checks.

5. Support
Our Professional Development Consultant provides support for applicants at a high level and can assist where required. We also provide support which includes advice and assistance on finding accommodation, banking, tax and payroll, work permits and of course, the hectic social life. We offer guidance on cultural familiarisation, social networking, travel and the general day-to-day stuff.

6. Feedback and Development
We develop and review individual professional development programmes continuously. These take into account feedback from the vacancy, and a report. Additional in-service training is provided to candidates on top of the normal professional development courses.
