At Continental recruit, we pride ourselves on going beyond the DFES guidelines in order to ensure that our clients can be 100% assured that our candidates and other staff have been vetted by the most stringent procedures available. Continental recruit' pledges that the following vetting procedures are adhered to and that all candidates should hold:

  • A formal qualification (verified by UK Naric if awarded overseas)
  • A valid passport for ID verification
  • A relevant visa/working permit which allows them to work unrestricted in the UK
  • 2 related references dated within the last 5 years
  • A standard medical check
  • All relevant police checks including a current CRB disclosure form and any overseas checks
  • A current curriculum vitae covering all previous positions

In the regrettable event of an incident occurring at your work placement involving an individual of Continental recruit, you can be assured that we will accurately follow DFES Incident Report guidelines. We will also provide all relevant documentation within our powers and attend any subsequent meetings or hearings.
